OUR 4 STEP TREATMENT PLAN

At Physio 4 All, we believe in a holistic approach to healthcare, and our 4-step treatment plan is designed with your well-being at its core.

We understand that each individual is unique, and so are their health needs. Our comprehensive approach ensures that you receive personalized care, tailored to your specific requirements.

Let's embark on a journey to optimal health through our transformative 4-step treatment plan:

1. Initial Assessment

Every new session starts with an examination. The physiotherapist will ask you to describe your pain as best as you can. It is fine if you cannot fully describe the problem, only a general description is needed.

Using this description, a hypothesis of the potential problem is formed. The physiotherapist will use this hypothesis in the Examination phase.

2. Physical Examination

Using the hypothesis formed earlier, your physiotherapist will run a series of tests. These tests include palpating the afflicted area, asking you to perform biomechanical movements, and checking your pain response throughout all of these tests.

For example, if you have knee pain, the physiotherapist might perform the Lachman test to check for a torn ACL.

3. Goal Setting

Based on the assessment, you and the physiotherapist will work together to establish realistic and achievable goals for your rehabilitation.

These goals may include reducing pain, improving mobility, enhancing strength, or restoring function.

4. The Treatment

Once the physiotherapist knows what your condition is and its potential cause, they can start working on correcting the problem. This will vary based on your specific needs.

For example, if you have muscle spams, manual release and dry needling will be the primary course of action. If you have tendonitis, you may need ultrasound and heat therapy.
