Physiotherapist

I studied at the University of Western Cape from 2018-2022. I then went on to go do my comm serve year in Upington at Dr Harry Surtie Hospital. I chose physiotherapy because of my Dad. He is a maintenance guy, and had many unfortunate IODs. My younger self would always eagerly rub on his sore muscles or tend to wounds, and at the time it felt rewarding that I could help my dad.

My parents were actually the ones to point me to physiotherapy which I’m grateful for. My favourite part of physio is that you able to learn something new everyday. My hobbies are experiencing new and cute places/ restaurants with family or friends. Being apart of the Physio4All team is absolutely amazing, as we are always learning from one another other and when we feeling stuck, help is always a phone call away. The practice really cares about its clients and aims for great quality service and customer service.

Physiotherapist

Hi, I’m Rebecca! I graduated from the University of the Western Cape in 2023 and completed my community service in the Free State. I also earned certifications in strapping and dry needling. My passion for helping people in the health sector led me to become a physiotherapist, where I get to work with a variety of patients and conditions every day.

Like doctors, I find it rewarding to continuously learn and offer excellent service.

I’m a chatterbox at heart and love making people happy. While I’m not tied to any particular sport, I’m always up for being active and a true team player—just explain the game, and I’m in!

My life motto is "Take it one day at a time," and as part of the wonderful Physio4All team, I’m here to help you with your holistic recovery, one step at a time.

Physiotherapist

My journey to becoming a physiotherapist began after a lower back injury ended my career as a South African National swimmer and aspiring Olympian. The recovery process through physiotherapy inspired me to pursue the same healing for others. I’m passionate about helping individuals of all ages and backgrounds prevent and recover from injuries, so they can get back to doing what they love. I take pride in providing evidence-based care with empathy and a commitment to going the extra mile for my patients.

I studied at the University of the Western Cape from 2020 to 2023 and completed my community service year at the National District Hospital in Bloemfontein in 2024. There, I gained experience in treating chronic pain, sports injuries, orthopedic rehabilitation, and neurological conditions. I’m also a qualified personal trainer with an exercise science qualification from HFPA (2016).

When I'm not working, I love spending time in the ocean, surfing, stand-up paddleboarding, skateboarding, swimming, and going to the gym.
